Full 1day trip. 5 man. Drop in 0700,crossroads @ 12:45pm, first man bottom Narrows @ 8:45pm. Hooked out of 4 potholes. This was the driest I’ve seen Imlay of my 5 trips. No drilling required. Used happy Hooker 2x. None of our party suited up at crossroads -1st set of Narrows itself as it was dry . The log jam that used to be HUGE in past years w severe log soup trash compactor was quite mild this trip. A non issue. 3 of 5 of party donned wetsuits at start of 2cd Narrows. 1 wetsuit’d @ middle of 2cd Narrows. wetsuits were 3/2 full & 1 w a 5mm full. I never used my 5mm shorty but I don’t get cold easily. In years past w higher water I usually got chilled near end of 2cd Narrows set/keepers while wearing a full 3mm. Only got mildly chilled twds the end w/o a wetsuit this time - generally from waiting to allow the noobs their first keeper attempts. My chest was rarely in the water - maybe for 4 brief swimmers. Overall this was the driest and easiest trip I’ve ever had thru Imlay.

party of 6. no wetsuits taken or needed- even by a cold natured thin squirrel in our group who chills easily. The "lake" at the breakdown was 100% dry and just sand. The only wet part was the last 1-2 drops right near the exit drop into the narrows. Briefest of swims in those only. Anchors are good. Placed no new webbing, etc. Great day.

Group of 6 did Boundary Aug 14, 2019. Clear weather for the week. Washington Co water conservatory reported 3 CFS discharge and added “ we do NOT rec’ that you do Boundary bc of heavy snow melt”. This is 100% bad info from them. Worse than no info at all bc they are wrong simply to CYA. Pissed me off. None of the 6 of us wore the wetsuits we each carried through the entire canyon and up MIA. 2” stream entered canyon. Tiny amount of spray on rappel only. Kolob creek had 2-3 short mid chest wades and otherwise was ankle deep ( less than Narrows was this week). Anchors were good. We accidently took an “alt” route up MIA passing high and to RUC of the Saddle up a steeper section to where we hit a road on the top. Followed it out. No problem.

Take home : use the phone line for Kolob Res. release CFS value only. Totally disregard whatever else their secretary has to add.

party of 7. fairly hot 9am start approach hike up and over to slick rock and entrance of canyon. Very little water in the canyon itself- certainly no wetsuit needed. A few areas of water can be easily bypassed. Anchors were solid. Needed no new webbing except for one rigged about a tree with cord instead of webbing which I didnt care for. Ultimately laziness prevailed and we just used it too.
