Duckett Slot
Last Candition: June 17, 2011
Anchors in good shape. Water was never more than thigh deep and appeared to be down about a foot and a half from average. Lower chockstone at first rappel is loose and will rock back and forth easily. It is very possible to pinch your rope between the wall and this stone if you use the upper chockstone as the anchor.
Road in decent shape. Canyon is wet, splash fest. Wet suit hardly needed depending on your speed. Note: white canyon is currently flowing and must be crossed (if you dare).

Very little water. Anchors in good shape. Some downclimb challenges (with limited anchor possibilities), which made it fun. Final rappel into the vegetation is beautiful. You can avoid the last rap (which had water) by going to your right 1-2 minutes and climbing into White Canyon.
Short and sweet. Road is in prime condition. Canyon full to the brim with fresh rainwater. Anchors and webbing are fine. Loved the jungle oasis at the last drop. Great little slot.
Warm water, not fresh, but not stinky. A very muddy White Canyon made the exit slightly unpleasant. Look out for quicksand! ;-)
Good canyon, one or two waist deep pools that you can avoid with a little skill.
Moderate water depth. No wetsuit needed. Refreshing and fun.
Canyon is full and wetsuits are advised until it gets warmer out. Anchors in decent shape.
Holding some foul "water" in the first two potholes. The water in these potholes can be avoided with proper technique but it's difficult.
Other than that it's got knee deep unavoidable water towards the end.
Water in some pools was lower than usual. We went without suits but wished we had them. There were still a couple mandatory swims but water was fairly clean. Anchors in good condition. One existing anchor was removed beause its pull was causing grooves.
I'd never done Duckett so we sneaked it in after a day at the Black Hole. A little water, but no wetsuit needed. No problems.
