The canyon is completely dry. There is a pool at the bottom of the last rap that’s avoidable. I replaced and extended the webbing for the last rap. I recommend bringing one liter of water for the canyon and a water filter for the hike out. There is a great spring at the bottom of the last rap and a good spring in the white roost before the exit.

Canyon was dry. The anchor for the final drop was in good shape and sets you down beside a big pool, so we never got our feet wet. Took 6 hours to complete at a leisurely pace.

Only a little avoidable water. No problems with mud. This is much more a canyon hike than a technical slot. Last rappel was nice. Final rappel anchor was okay. Canyon cottonwoods are turning. Exit used by this route and the main White Roost canyons is very well cairned. Access road to the White Roost canyons past the ranch was gruelingly wash boarded in places.

This canyon had little water in it, but was muddy in sections. Like in White Roost, there were some pools, that were mostly avoidable with stemming. The deepest was maybe 4 feet, and was less smelly than in the deepest pool in White Roost. The final rappel leads into a lush canyon bottom, with a jungle feel. The walk out seemed far, but was beautiful. The exit was the same as for the main White Roost Canyon, and is an obvious, marked path.
