Great trip. Water flowing entire canyon. No wetsuits needed. Some Poison oak and a big fat rattlesnake on the telephone pole trail.

Clean and defined approach trail.

Cold, clean, and flowing water in the upper part of the canyon. Chest-head deep pools made for jumping, swimming, and wading. Last two waterfalls were flowing nicely - waist deep disconnects.

Lots of Poison Oak once leaving the fire road and in the long march in the middle section. Water levels are very low, just a trickle. All slides and jumps other than the slide of faith are doable. The Slide of Faith Rap anchor is in the watercourse around the last two boulders before the drop. Do not put webbing around the small tree further back. For a little more fun set the rope length 10 or so feet above the pool and rap off the rope. No wetsuits were used and temps were in the 70's, that being said it got chilly at times. Cant wait for some good rain to make this a Class C canyon!

Early start means easy approach! Tons of poison oak once you leave the fire road down to the canyon. Water was cold but easily doable without a wetsuit in the 70's. All the small slides are good except obviously the last 40 footer at the end. This canyon needs a few huge downpours to clean it out. The last anchor is now double bolted with a chain but the rapide used is unnecessarily large. Unfortunately it is glued shut. Make sure you use a larger biner if you use one as a block or just go double line. Don't embarrass yourself in front of all the barely dressed ladies watching at the last rappel...

Water running down entire canyon. Very wet. Multiple swims, slides and jumps. I used a rash guard and pants and was not cold. Partner had 3/2 wetsuit and was overheating slightly, temps 90+. Watch out for logs/rock at some of the jumps. Lots of locals at the falls. Beware of bikini clad college students.
