Shortcut route entering at the top of Talehaha falls. Completely dry. Not even moss on falls. All anchors and webbing were in good condition. One of the shorter raps we did as a downclimb. Rock fell from the old concrete rock wall area.

Rubio with Leontine Falls extension....The rap at the top of Leontine is a mess of webbing, will need to be redone soon. the anchor at the hanging pothole for Leontine has a sideways link that's jammed in the hanger. Minimal water. Everything else all good.

Did the alternate approach where you drop in just above the 140ft 2 stage rappel of Upper Rubio....some water flow not much....canyon was remarkably void of bush and I did not see any poison oak. Very rare qualities for a So Cal canyon....Thalehaha falls is awesome albeit slippery so be careful. Definitely on the repeat list....

Rained today. Did lower route. Was expecting more water, however water level was still minimal after decent first rain of season.

Most bolts are bomber glue-ins now... except for one notable set that has a spinner. Anchor material was in good shape.

Anchors are in great shape. One large poison oak plant at the top of the large rappel to watch out for. Little pebbles falling from above periodically so keep the helmets on. Water flow is through the whole canyon, but minimal. We stayed in shorts/tshirts all day.
